Hypothalamus and pituitary gland are the key players in the endocrine system responsible for hormone regulation and production. This pharmacology lecture discusses the hormones secreted by the hypothalamus and the pituitary as well as mechanism of action of various drugs used in treatment of endocrine disorders.
