Cox Communications partnered with San Diego Oasis to bring technology training to the senior community at the newly opened Cox Tech Tank. The Cox Tech Tank has been officially open for over a month now. • Workshops and 1:1s are well attended with the current 1:1 schedule booked solid several weeks in! • The Tech Tank has been an extremely positive addition to San Diego Oasis. o Total participants: 315 o One on One sessions: 139 o Technology demos (Smart home and Cox services): 25 o Workshops: 151 (Workshops are capped at 6 participants to allow personalized attention.) o Most popular workshops: Apple Photos (waitlist for every session), Apple Maps, Uber/Lyft, Music Streaming, Contour remote, Bluetooth, QR Codes, Google Photos, Google Maps, Email Basics o New workshop topics being added this Summer: Social Media and Cloud Services • Feedback: Surveys to each participant started at the beginning of April, results and participant comments are below: o When asked “The ability of the Technology Specialist to solve your technology problem”  5.88% reported only “fairly satisfied”  94.12% reported to be “extremely satisfied”  0% reported “not satisfied” https://san-diego.oasisnet.org/ www.cox.com Chanelle Hawken Ingo Hentschel Amy O'Connor Michael Ford
