There is a complex, dynamic promotion/relegation system that starts regional and goes up to national. There are over 1000 teams, all of which are real or realistic (explained in the video). You can have a grind to the top save, you can try to bring an old club to glory, bring a native club to the top, coach a college team, or just play out of an integrated MLS in Football Manager now.
