MG-34 Wooden Replica Movie Prop World War 2 Poplar PVC Re-enactment MG-42 Wehrmacht Luftwaffe Panzer

I would never spend the money to buy an actual MG-34 from World War 2. What would I do with it? They're really expensive to own and shoot so it would most likely end up on display somewhere in my home. If I'm just going to fill up wall space, then maybe I should just make one of my own. Most of this will be constructed from material I already own, such as Poplar Boards, PVC pipe and Electrical Conduit. I'm pretty sure that I can do the whole project for less than $50.00. This is Part 1 where I'll make the receiver from 3/4" wood, carpenter's glue, a few screws and some spray paint. I hope you'll enjoy it.
