In her role, she leads the legal and government relations function helping to attain LinkedIn's vision of creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Ms. Jha works with LinkedIn's data scientists and economists to leverage data from LinkedIn's Economic Graph to shape and inform skills and workforce development policies. Prior to LinkedIn, she has worked at one of India's leading law firms, Nishith Desai Associates and at Indian & multi-national companies - ITC Limited & Johnson & Johnson. Aditi earned her LL. B (Hons.) from NUJS, and LL.M. from Stanford Law School, Stanford University, USA. She also holds a certificate in innovation from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business & the Hasso Plattner School of Design.
