Running a marathon was something that, until recently, I'd always thought was unachievable for the average person. In this video I challenged that belief to see if I could run a marathon without training. We're all capable of so much more than we realize, and it's my aim with the videos that I make to both push myself and help others realise they're capable of the same. I hope that this video gives you the viewer a push to step outside of your comfort zone to see what you can do. However I don't recommend trying this specific challenge unless you enjoy being in pain.
