[Link in description] What a crisp, clean, and brilliant sounding Bach! Quite a versatile horn but it truly shines for commercial playing. It's an astonishing lead horn, especially with one of the new ACB Custom Reserve commercial mouthpieces (I use the TAL+ in this video). With a less aggressive cup like the TA1+ it takes on a nice rich, creamy quality. If you're looking for something much better adapted to the commercial scene than your Bach 37, the Bach Commercial is a great choice. The design has some cool features. The second valve slide is forward-facing like on the old Benge and Besson trumpets. The inner slide legs are nickel silver, which gives some extra spin to the sound (as well as feeling very smooth). Comes with a rounded tuning slide and a traditional tuning slide, both unbraced. The 1B bell denotes that it's a bronze bell made on the first Bach bell mandrel design. The bell engraving is nice and crisp. Compared to the classic Stradivarius 37, the Commercial is more open, rich, and brilliant sounding in the upper register especially. On the other hand, it doesn't have quite as much of the "core" sound that draws people to the 37. If you love the feel of Bach horns but you haven't been able to get that spin to the sound with a 37, check out this trumpet. This is a pre-owned horn with a couple mute pings and a bit of lacquer wear, but the valve feel great and have super tight compression.
