Join me for a 15 minute resistance band pilates full body workout for a strong core, flatter tummy, toned inner thighs and great overall muscle tone. Using the band we will replicate the pilates reformer exercises creating as much resistance as feels good for you to tget that full body workout. workout will also increase flexibility so you feel strong and at ease with your body. I recommend you do this routine three to four times a week for ten weeks and you will see and feel a difference. Not only in flatter abs but also a stronger more flexible body with great posture.
