This is a place full of luxury detached houses, and nearby Baekhyun-dong, there is a mansion of Shinsegae Vice Chairman Chung Yong-jin. The village is separated from the commercial district, so the residential environment is quiet and clean, and many celebrities, entrepreneurs, and politicians live there. It takes about 15-20 minutes by car to Gangnam Station and 35 minutes by public transportation to get to Lotte world tower. There are Pangyo Station Shinbundang Line, Pangyo Techno Valley, Hyundai Department Store, Avinue fran shopping mall, and the third Rolls-Royce store in Korea.
