What would you do if you knew that missiles would be flying at your city everyday? That's the reality that both Israelis and Palestinians face in late 2023, in the latest phase of their never-ending conflict. Most people are wise enough not to fly to a country during an active war, but sadly that wasn't me. Like the rest of the world, I was deeply interested in the events happening in the Holy Land, and I wanted to go there myself to better understand the situation. It's the most polarizing conflict on earth: many people absolutely hate one of the two sides and cheer on the other. I only had one agenda while filming in Israel and the Palestinian territories: to understand the people. To do that, my plan was to travel everywhere, from the skyscrapers of Tel Aviv, to the streets of Ramallah, and finally to the edge of Gaza. This was going to be one hell of an adventure.
