I wasn't feeling well for most of January, so I kept my sugar intake really low, but I decided today was the day to bring on some yummy treats. I love most of Teagen Gerard from Half Baked Harvests recipes, so I decided to try two new ones today; Strawberry sugar cookies and Peanut Butter Bars. The Peanut butter bars are only sweetened with maple syrup, so it's not bad for you.
