RECIPE HERE - 3-6 oz of crab meat or imitation crab/seafood (finely chopped) - One 8 oz block of cream cheese or neufchatel cheese (softened) - one package of wonton wrappers - 2 oz chopped green onion - 1 tsp soy sauce - 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp sesame oil - 1/2 to 1 tsp oyster sauce or fish sauce - 1 clove garlic (minced) or garlic powder - salt & pepper to taste - 1 egg white (to wet the wonton wrappers) -Dipping sauce of your choice (I used a store bought Sweet & Sour) *optional Combine all ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl, mix very well. Scoop small 'ball' amounts (about half a tsp) into the middle of wonton wrapper. Dip your fingertip into the egg white (*You may also use milk or water) and wet each of the four corners of the wonton wrapper. Start by pushing together opposite corners and again with the remaining two, forming sort of an X. Pinch together to get a nice seal. Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil. You can likely fit 7-8 crab rangoons nicely per batch using the air fryer basket. Pre-heat the Foodi on Air Crisp 400° for 10 minutes to get it nice and hot. Add your basket of crab rangoons into inner pot, generously spritz them with oil, Reduce AF heat to 300° and cook for 12-14 minutes depending on your desired crispiness. Halfway through cooking time, flip the wontons onto their sides to cook evenly. Serve with or without dipping sauce. You can also make ahead and freeze them (uncooked) for up to 2 months. Enjoy! :) #chefgirlardee #crabrangoon #airfriedwontons
