In this video, we explore the effect of mash length on the original gravity of a beer. We conduct a 75-minute mash and test the gravity every 15 minutes. In the future, I would like to follow up with a video where we mash one brew for 20-30 minutes and another until full conversion is achieved using an iodine test.
