Signia was the first series of Maple drums from Premier and represented the best that could be delivered from the English manufacturer. New skins, Remo Emperor Clear with Remo Diplomat Clear underskin on toms. Bass drum has original Signia front head, and a lightly used Remo Powerstroke Clear batter head.
