The Entire National Film Registry in 35 Minutes

Created in 1988, the National Film Registry is a collection of American films of all sorts selected for preservation as national treasures, with 25 new titles selected each year for their historical, cultural, and aesthetic importance. Over the years, the Registry has grown into a wildly diverse, eclectic cross section of film: features, shorts, animation, experimental pieces, newsreels, home movies, and works that defy categorization altogether. This video is a supercut of all 850 titles in the collection as of October 2023 (with stills of the six items not available in digital format post-credits) in all their variety, the classic, the forgotten, the strange, the important, and the timeless.
