As Multiple Sclerosis sufferers, we all need a little help from time to time. As humans, even if you don't have a disability, we need help from time to time. There are so many times in my life where I have been on the receiving end of help. I have also been on the side of offering help. I have also been in situations where I have needed help or witnessed people needing help and none was offered. We are all the same and we all need a little help sometimes. Let's be more aware of our surroundings and offer a little help to people in need. As always, stay healthy and see you next time x
