We are beginner hikers and we reached the Mount Pulag's highest peak! If we can, you can too ♡ Here is our 48-hour itinerary. Mount Pulag, also famously known as the "sea of clouds", is the highest mountain in Luzon, Philippines with its peak at 2,928 mASL.
