(Jump from Cataclysm by Ggb0y) Slaughterhouse by IcEDCave 100%

I'm happy to state that I somehow kept my social life, university grades and sanity great throughout all of this, and I'd like to thank my few stream viewers for the aid in this regard, also, I do not recommend difficulty jumps as only whoever is considering them knows how much they're willing to suffer over a game. This completion took me 22 months, and from start to finish I had Cataclysm by Ggb0y as my hardest level beaten with absolutely no progress on anything else, no challenges and no other Extreme Demons beaten, making this the biggest difficulty jump in the game according to the vast majority of victors of both Firework and Slaughterhouse (with Artify8 himself being fine with this). Every attempt from 0% after I got 50% and 46-100% was streamed here on YouTube, leading to almost 200 streams averaging 2 hours each. Initially I had ambitions beyond just beating the level, such as being one of the first 10 players to do so, as time went on however I quickly realised how deranged I was for even thinking of those goals given my skill at the time. Despite playing on a system that couldn't run the level properly for 18 months I was proud of my progression, once I got an upgrade however things went downhill. In the first session after getting my new system I immediately got 91% due to the lack of lag, the level felt so much easier that I thought I'd have it beaten in no more than a week. Instead, by underestimating the level and tolerating far more fails than I should've ever done, I destroyed my motivation, having me take both the most attempts and last cube deaths in the world, if those didn't exist, I would've beaten the level in 12 different occasions... In the end, although I'm very disappointed and annoyed over how long this completion took, it shows how persistent I was. My worst fails past 74%: 75%x13, 76%x6, 78%, 79%x17, 80%x14, 81%x6, 82%x5, 83%x8, 86%x5, 87%x3, 88%x2, 89%, 90%, 91%, 92%x4, 93%x3, 94%x3, 95%. Almost as silly as my fails is the level itself though, as it feels masterfully handcrafted to include some of the most annoying possible gameplay to this day. The first 24% makes the insomniac go to bed, and the difficulty of the rest of the level is given by the multiple chokepoints, unlike what it may initially seem. Monitor used: ASUS VG247Q1A (165Hz). Keyboard used: Razer Huntsman V2 (1k polling rate with debounce enabled). Total attempts: 677522 (587522 serious + 90000 messing around).
