Initially I planned to arrange a Quodlibet - a fancy word isn't it? Quodlibet is a form that combines several different melodies in counterpoint, and Var. 30 from Bach's Goldberg Variations is a good example. If I worked that way, I could include more songs from Teasing Master Takagi-san in this arrangement. But I gave up halfway, because it was extremely difficult to arrange and play such a piece. After my passion for polyphony faded, I just wanted to keep it simple. 0:22 is the only trace left of this crazy idea - right hand playing melodies from Chiisana Koi no Uta and AM11:00. At 0:40, the heavy beat of the sixteenth notes in the left hand is staggered with the melody in the right hand, making it sound more rhythmic. I admit that the fingering is a bit awkward, feel free to change some notes if that would work better for you. The famous lullaby "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" joins at the end of the first song. They match each other perfectly. Now moving to the second song Ai Uta. 2:40 looks scary on the score, but it's actually not hard to play. Just assign the notes in the middle voice to left and right hands appropriately. A duet begins at 3:15. It's a sweet moment which let me calm down after an animated section with swing rhythm. I didn't notice that the original artist of the last song was Ikimonogakari until I wrote the video description. Big discovery! The intro of Kimagure Romantic is moved to the end, with AM11:00 taking its place. I added the thirds starting from 5:22 on purpose becuase I really need practice with that.
