30 Minute Full Body Pilates Workout- Challenge your Core, Build Strength, Grace and Control

Get ready for a 30 minute Pilates Intermediate workout which will tone your whole body and strengthen your core. This is an Intermediate level mat class featuring many of the traditional Pilates Mat exercises so if you're a keen pilates fan this is going to perfect for you. It's very much like I teach my classes in London, we work hard but we always apply correct technique. Keep it up three times a week and you'll see and feel a real difference within 6 weeks. As always I work at a steady relaxed pace, we don't do speed in pilates, we aim for quality over quantity with control, precision and focus- it's more effective for really getting in touch with your body and more relaxing for the mind too. That doesn't mean it won't be challenging, believe me it will be! If you're new to Pilates please work your way through my Beginners Pilates Part 1-4 first before attempting this workout. When you feel confident that you understand the basics and have a little more control of your body you can move on to this video. One word of caution, this routine contains rolling exercises so if you have ANY spine issues or if you have low bone density or osteoporosis this is not for you.
