This is exclusive to the Chronicles version. How to do it: 1. Open a character's skill menu. 2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu. 3. Press the right Analog stick down. 4. Press the right Analog stick up until the skill number in the top left corner says "0." 5. Press left on the D-Pad or the Analog stick to scroll through the skill list. You can press both the D-Pad and the Analog stick at the same time to scroll faster. Where the skills are placed on the list will be different if you switch your character with another one in battle. I switched Zelos with Genis because it made Shining Bind (Holy Binds) easy to find.
