We visited the tiny and charming season of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia during off-season. And although most of the city was closed, we still had lots of fun. We start with the most scenic view of Lunenburg Waterfront, and after taking in the beauty we go for a walk around downtown to find the best Homemade Ice cream with homemade waffle cones (we highly recommend this shop). We also took the dogs to enjoy a hike at the Blue Rocks Common Trail, located on a small city close to Lunenburg called Blue Rocks. If you're a nature enthusiast like us I would recommend you to include that in your planning. We'll definitely return to The Maritimes during summer to explore because the place is amazing.
