Requested by ‪@AlexTheSoutherner‬, here's to you my Metal remake of "Conclusion R&D" (or "Ketsutou R&D"... or "Ketchaku R&D"... or "Unlimited R"... YOU GET THE POINT! 🤣😂😅)! You can hear the original bgm while facing Rugal Bernstein in KOF '94 and while facing his "Omega" altered status in KOF '98, KOF '98 UM, KOF 2002 UM and KOF XV! As the storyteller tells at the very beginning of my Metal remake: «They thought they defeated him once and for all. It is true by the way that he seemed to have died in the explosion of the Black Noah. But... he came back as many times as he pleased like if he always had strikes of luck or a power within that allows him to survive and to come back whenever he wants. That's why they call him... "The Unending Calamity".» Don't forget to make a huge shout-out of love to my friend Gian Lorenzo who provided his vocal impression for Omega Rugal. We kept as reference the performance as Omega Rugal made by ‪@Aussieroth7‬ from the amazing ‪@StillThinkingGameDubs‬/‪@StillThinkingFilms‬ staff and this is how it came out, also keeping on mind that Gian's impression needed a very very little pitch shifting and nothing more!
