New Module for Creating Vehicles and Mounting Tokens!

Vehicles are back! Thanks to developer Saibot, we now have a really great replacement for the old Vehicles module and other mounting modules. This works well with PF2e, and also with DND5e that I've been testing on, so it seems to be relatively system-agnostic. This module has a suprising amount of functionality under the hood, so lets jump into the main features in this tutorial!
