Non un classico "Cammino", ma un itinerario che mi sono costruito per raggiungere luoghi della Sardegna che volevo conoscere meglio. Tutto è nato dall'idea di attraversare il Supramonte, l'imponente catena montuosa che si staglia sopra Oliena che, tutte le volte che ci passavo vicino, in macchina, in bici o in moto, mi faceva chiedere cosa ci fosse lassù in cima. Ho quindi trovato dei percorsi, su stradine poco battute, mulattiere e sentieri che mi hanno permesso, in circa 130 km, di fare un trekking che da Nuoro mi ha portato fino ad Orosei. Una camminata che mi ha portato a visitare paesi incantevoli come Mamoiada ed Orosei, ad andare alla ricerca di siti archeologici e, soprattutto, di scoprire l'incredibile Supramonte fino ad arrivare allo stupendo mare della costa orientale. Not a classic "Cammino", but an itinerary that I built to reach places in Sardinia that I wanted to know better. Everything was born from the idea of crossing the Supramonte, the imposing mountain range that stands above Oliena that, every time I passed by, by car, bike or motorbike, made me wonder what was up there. So I found some paths, on little beaten paths, mule tracks and paths that allowed me, in about 130 km, to do a trek that took me from Nuoro to Orosei. A walk that led me to visit enchanting villages such as Mamoiada and Orosei, to go in search of archaeological sites and, above all, to discover the incredible Supramonte to get to the beautiful sea of the east coast.
