To make matters worse, extremist rebel factions within the USSR believe that they should strike NATO first. NATO intel indicates that rebels have taken over several Soviet submarines and they are planning to use some of them to deliver Special Operations Forces to Fiords just North of the Bodo, Norway, home of the main NATO base in the region. The USS Michael Murphey and HSM-75 Wolf Pack have been tasked to patrol the Fiords and search for any submarine activity.
