Stimming: Do You Vocal Stim? MUST SEE Autism And ADHD

Stimming, not just movement, did you know you can vocal stim!! Download my FREE Autism Life Hacks Book: https://www.autismtips.net/ ONO ROLLER: https://link.heropost.io/TAWONO Audio Stim Pack: https://shoptly.com/i/b32s Stimming is short for self stimulatory behaviour. This is a repetitive action taken by many neurodivergent people who are on the autism spectrum who have a combined autism and ADHD diagnosis. Stimming, is seen when someone is rocking back and fourth, flapping their hands, tapping their fingers together or shaking their leg rapidly. These happen to create soothing motion to sooth the person due to a rise in either excitement or anxiety / nervousness. There are many speculations about voluntary stimming vs involuntary and if ND people can stim voluntarily. The interesting thing about stimming is that there is also something called a vocal stim. This is a noise or word or hum that a person on the spectrum makes for the same reasons as a physical stim. I would love to know your thoughts on this, please comment.
