Samurai Warriors 5 - Bow Rare Weapon Guide (Lady No/Motonari)

Rare weapon - Bow: Amenohajiyumi Characters that use this weapon - Lady No, Motonari Mori, & Yoshikage Asakura Stages 1. Reverie Chapter - Final Battle for Kanegasaki as Lady No 2. Chapter 5 Mitsuhide's Path - Battle of Kozuki Castle (Mori Army) as Motonari Mori Requirements - On at least hard difficulty, gain a total S ranking (S rank in time, enemy KOs, enemy officer KOs and highest combo count) on the desired stage with the desired character. You don't need to worry about objectives, only getting a total S ranking. *Important Things To Note* Once you've completed the two stages, you'll be rewarded with the rare weapon at the end of the second battle. Because I already have the rare weapons equipped in these guys, I can't receive the rare weapons again. You can play with anyone you'd like as your partner, it's only important that the main character you select is the required character for the specific stage This game remembers your battle rankings. If you get an overall S ranking on a stage, but you've missed one or two requirements (e.g. you get an S on everything except for highest combo which you get an A on), then you can redo the stage only focusing on that one particular ranking until you've reached a total S ranking across multiple attempts. Quick tip for keeping your combo up, if you aren't near any enemies and your combo is about to fade away, just simply switch between your second character, and this will keep your combo alive. S Ranking Requirements - I have not been able to find anywhere online that says what the S ranking minimums are for each stage in SW5, however here are my personal benchmarks for S ranking. Please keep in mind, this is just something I aim for as a minimum, these might not apply to every stage in the game: 1. Enemy Officer KOs: Try to defeat every single enemy officer you see on the map, in some battles if you just miss one enemy officer you'll get an A ranking instead of S. 2. Highest Combo Count: In Chapter's 1-5, I'd aim for a 5000 combo minimum, I usually try to spam the hyper attack and mounted musou attacks as much as possible at the start of the battle to get the combo over and done with asap. With Chapter 6 & Reverie stages, I try my best to aim for a 10,000 combo. **Quick tip for keeping your combo up, if you aren't near any enemies and your combo is about to fade away, just simply switch between your second character, and this will keep your combo alive.** 3. Enemy KOs: I've found that if you aim for 1500 KOs in chapters 1-4, and then 2000 KOs in the later chapters, you should be fine with enemy KOs. There's only one instance from memory where you need 2500 KOs minimum and that's on The Great Unifier stage. 4. Time: This might not sounds as helpful, but I've found that if you're focusing on enemy KOs and keeping your combo high, you don't really have to be concerned with time, this game is fairly forgiving with the S rank time it allows you. Again, there's only one stage that comes to mind where you really have to finish that stage absurdly quickly, and that's Invasion of Suruga.
