The Kent Hospital at Home (HaH) program provides patients who qualify the ability to receive the same quality and intensity of care that one would receive physically in the hospital building in their own home. Patients experiencing an acute medical event will be cared for by an interdisciplinary team of professionals without having to be displaced from their homes following their initial emergency room visit.
