In this video, I am showing how make 4 easy side dishes using Tofu: 1. Hiyayakko (cold Tofu) 2. Shiraae 3. Tofu Champloo (Champuru) 4. Agedashi-Tofu They are all vegetarian or vegan. Tofu is often known as a substitute for meat for vegetarian/vegans. But Tofu is much more than that; with quality Tofu, you can really enjoy the sweetness of the soy beans. These recipes are all quite popular in Japanese homes. In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.
