In this episode of Mark Angel TV titled, The Truth, Mark Gets Locked Out of the Compound as his plans to set up Nwayiocha the New Caretaker fails. A meeting is held in the compound by Nwayiocha, the new caretaker about the coming of the landlord. Nwayiocha suspects that the Landlord might be coming to inspect the compound to see if everything is in order and in this case all the tenants should come together and put things in place to make sure the compound is clean and green as this will make the landlord happy. Everyone in the meeting buys the idea as Mimi even suggests that the Caretaker urges everyone in the compound to contribute money and buy a rope to replace the dry cleaning rope Mr. Azu cut down in the last episode, but Mark Angel always rebukes the idea as he claimes that it was the tenants who fought and cut the rope that should contribute money to buy the rope, not him, as he was only a spectator during the fight. Mr. Azu on hearing this starts shouting out Mark Angel, as usual, Nwayiocha is not happy about Mr. Azu shouting and ask him to stop, Baze 10 also joins to ask Mr. Azu to stop shouting, Mark Angel takes the opportunity to insult Mr. Azu as he calls him a compound rabbit and walks out of the meeting. A few minutes later, Baze 10 goes to Mark Angel and tells him that Nwayiocha is trying to use Mark Angel and everyone. The compound to achieve her agenda of making the landlord see her as the best caretaker and urges Mark Angel to do something about it as it could ruin his chances of taking back his caretakership position if Nwayiocha succeeds. Mark Angel agrees with Baze 10 and comes up with an idea to destroy the toilet and the mosquitoes net in his apartment so he could use it to frame Nwayiocha as a bad caretaker as this would make the Landlord detest her tenure which could lead to him having his position as the caretaker back. Baze 10 supports the ideas and this makes him happy as he promises to make Baze 10 an assistant caretake once he gets his position back. The next morning everyone is gathered in the compound waiting for the arrival of the landlord to the meeting, a few minutes later the landlord arrives and the meeting starts. Mark Angel thanks to the landlord for coming for the end of the year meeting and inspection as it was about time he came for inspection as there were many things he needed to see for himself, the landlord cuts in and says he did not come for inspection, but to thank them for being good tenants and also to present some end of the year gifts to them, he then points to 2 bags of rice and 2 cartons of tomatoes and ask Nwayiocha to keep 1 bag of rice and a carton of tomatoes and share the rest to the tenants equally. Mark Angel is not happy about the decision of the landlord as he claims that the landlord had taken his rights and given them to Nwayiocha, Baze 10 cuts in and thanks to the landlord for giving them so much as they did not expect it, and then moves on to say that Nwayiocha on hearing the landlord was going to come to the compound ask them to keep the compound clean just to please the landlord, this makes Mark Angel happy as he cuts in, to concur with what Baze had just said, but Baze 10 again cuts in and urges him to relax as he still has a lot to say. Baze 10 then proceeds to say that Mark on hearing that the Landlord will be coming for inspection went into his apartment and destroyed the toilet and mosquito net just to frame Nwayiocha as a bad caretaker as he believes it would make the landlord take the position from Nwayiocha and give it back to him. The landlord on hearing this becomes angry and orders Nwayiocha to lock Mark Angel's apartment and throw him out of the compound, Mark is confused as he did not expect that from Baze 10 and ask Baze 10 to say the truth, but Baze 10 says he had said the truth already, Mark ask him to then say another truth, but it is too late already as Nwayiocha orders Baze to Lock the door to his apartment and orders Mr. Azu to throw him out of the compound.
