精力善用国民体育 嘉納師範が精力善用主義に基づいて考案された、体育と武術を兼ね備えた攻防式の形で、単独、相対の動きがあります。 「精力善用国民体育」は、1924年、大正13年に攻撃防御の術を基本とする国民体育法として考案されました。 打つ、突く、蹴るという当身技を中心とした攻撃防御を練習する中で、正しい心身鍛錬の方法を学ぶ事を目的としています。 この方法には、単独動作と相対動作の2つがあり、相対動作はさらに極式と柔式に分けられています。 1. 単独練習 第1類: 五方当、大五方当、五方蹴 第2類: 鏡磨、左右打、前後突、両手上突、大両手上突、左右交互下突、両手下突、斜上打、斜下打、大斜上打、後隅突、後打、後突 2. 相対練習 極式: (居取)両手取、振放、逆手取、突掛、切掛 (立会)突上、横打、後取、斜突、切下   柔式: (1教)突出、肩押、肩回、切下、片手取 (2教)片手上、帯取、胸押、突上、両眼突 Seiryoku-Zenyo-Kokumin-Taiiku (Maximum Efficiency National physical education) It contains both aspects of physical education and martial arts and has kata of attack and defense. It consists of 8 movements of Tandoku-renshu (Solo practice) and 9 movements of Sotai-renshu (Duo practice). Seiryoku-Zenyo-Kokumin-Taiiku (Maximum Efficiency National Physical Education) was devised in 1924 as a method for national physical education based on techniques for attack and defense. It is intended to help practitioners learn how to train their bodies and minds properly while practicing offense and defense with a focus on Atemi waza including strikes, thrusts, and kicks. Two types of movements are introduced in the method - Tandoku (Solo) movement and Sotai (Duo) movement. Sotai movement is divided into Kime-shiki (combative style) and Ju-shiki (slow and moderate style). 1. Tandoku-renshu (Solo practice) First group: Goho-ate, O-goho-ate, Goho-geri Second group: Kagami-migaki, Sayu-uchi, Zengo-tsuki, Ryote-ue-tsuki, O-ryote-ue-tsuki, Sayu-kogo-shita-tsuki, Ryote-shita-tsuki, Naname-ue-uchi, Naname-shita-uchi, O-naname-ue-uchi, Ushiro-sumi-tsuki, Ushiro-uchi, Ushiro-tsuki 2.
