Unfortunately, they bought the property knowing that many electrical upgrades would need to be made, but fortunately, Joel was up to the challenge and willing to bring viewers along. In this video, Joel will be replacing one of several out-of-code electrical sub-panels throughout the home. He’ll run into several electrical issues, dated practices & components, and nightmares including back-fed neutral current, BX wiring, tinned copper, narrow stud cavities, wire connections in the panel, grounding circuits through conduit, AFCI breakers, and more!
