Steamed Chicken Dumplings/ Momos Recipe - Fried Dumplings- No Steamer Very easy, soft and delicious recipe of Steamed Momos by @MyFoodate #myfoodate Perfect recipes of moms, momos dough, momos fillings. Ingredients for Momos Dough: All purpose Flour- 3 cups Salt - 1 tsp Cooking Oil- 3 tbsp Water - 1 cup Make dumplings dough like I did & knead well until dough is formed. Momos dough shouldn’t be too soft or too hard. Ingredients for Fillings: Boneless Chicken- (mince) - 350g Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup Cabbage (chopped) - 1 cup Coriander leaves (chopped) 1/4 cup Garlic (chopped) - 2-3 cloves Green chillies (chopped) - 3 Lemon (Half) - 1tsp Cooking oil- 1tbsp Soya sauce - 1tsp Chilli sauce- 1tsp Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp Salt- 1tsp Chilli flakes- 1&1/2 tsp Black pepper- 1 tsp All spices powder- 1/2 tsp Chat masala- 1tsp Mix well until well combined. Now prepare dumplings wraps and add chicken mince fillings at the centre, apply water and bring the all edges together and make momos shapes. In pan / patela , add water and bring it to boil then put the greased steam rack and place all the dumplings / momos. Cover & cook in steam for 20 mints on medium flame.
