We spent 24 hours in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for New Year's Eve! This city is an absolute MUST VISIT when in Southeast Asia! Our first impressions of Kuala Lumpur were knocked out of the park when we went to the rooftop of our apartment at Eaton Residences and saw the epic infinity pool overlooking KLCC Park and the iconic Patronas Towers! We explore the city by day, finding the best foods in the Pavilion Mall food courts, Petaliing Street, and Jalan Alor night market! We stop over at Batu Caves just north of the city to take in the beautiful staircases and Hindu shrines. We finished off the night with an epic light and water show in KLCC Park where the Patronas Towers were lit every color you can imagine as midnight hit! We absolutely love this city!
