I've wanted to do this for a very long time, but in order to do so I first had to figure out which BGV file belonged to which playable vehicle. The fact all race cars have forgettable names made everything confusing; thankfully I got this sorted out and then proceeded to file swap. Showing the traffic outside the garage seemed better due to lower perspective and less brown lighting. Apologies for the traffic vehicles being out of order, but that's the result of going by the default car listing for ya. I seriously hope I got the filenames right, I checked multiple times. However, after noticing a pattern between vehicle numbers and their regions, I'm sure I got it correctly. By the way, no, I didn't miss anything. The BTVs do skip some numbers. Now, I have everything set for my long-planned experiment...
