My Daily Practices For Anxiety

I struggle with pretty intense anxiety and am definitely no stranger to panic attacks. I have certain daily practices for managing my anxiety that are necessary in order for me to function at my best. Meditation, dance, yoga, walks in nature, and energy healing are among the many different practices I have adopted into my daily life in order to help regulate my nervous system and create a feeling of safety in my body. Slowing down my breath. Sitting in stillness and allowing my body to soften. Mindfully cooking a meal without being in a rush. Moving my body in a way that feels healing. Painting. These are some of my daily practices for my anxiety. Thanks for watching!
