My JBL Charge 2 + stopped charging recently. It's no surprise - Lithium Ion batteries don't last forever. I show here how to open up the JBL Charge 2+ and replace the battery with basic tools - all in less than 20 minutes ! Like I say in the video - this tutorial is ONLY correct for real JBL Charge 2+'s - not for the many fakes on the market. Make sure to get the correct battery (the red and black cables are reversed on the later revision - swapping the polarity). The replacement batteries (some with tools) are available on EBAY, Amazon, AliExpress and Lazada etc. The one I bought came from AliExpress - but that is the one for MY model.
