This is the first Tier 3 car since you can install level 3 Pursuit Techs, but performance wise Tier 2 and Tier 3 are quite identical. The only difference is level of Pursuit Tech (and performance on higher end cars). I recommend this car if you are into level 3 Pursuit Techs. It's drifting is very light. I find that the 911 GT3 is a little hard to microdrift. I also find it a bit easy for this car to catch air while drifting as well. But this car is highly recommended for upgrading.
