This is a Dodge Caravan with a fold up wheelchair ramp on the right side. When the wheelchair ramp opens, the van lowers on the right side so that the ramp won’t be too steep. Emmie has been dealing with some health issues and she is sorry that she wasn’t able to be apart of this video!
