If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances. 3- Any Pokemon you catch must be swapped for an egg that is in the PC. Once that egg is swapped, you may then use Rare Candies to level up the hatched Pokémon to match the level of the Pokémon you exchanged it for. 4- You must also nickname all of your Pokémon, for the sake of forming "stronger emotional bonds."
