Welcome to Boxercise with Jess! I'm Jess, a personal trainer from Nuffield Health, and today we're diving into a dynamic full body workout. This session combines boxing fitness with aerobic exercises and strength training to give you a comprehensive and fun workout. We'll start with a warm-up including jogging and dynamic stretching. Then, we'll move to an upper body workout with punches and hooks, and lower body moves like kicks and lunges. Core exercises like leg raises and Russian twists will build functional fitness. We'll incorporate interval training to keep our heart rates up, along with stretches like hamstring, quad, and calf stretches for flexibility.
