Best used against a defense that plays tight (face-up) person-to-person coverage rather than good help person-to-person coverage. This play isn't intended to be used as a continuous offense to be played throughout an entire game, but there are so many scoring options from this one play (doubled if you run from both sides) that you can run this play multiple times throughout a game. I would use this play during a game if the defense is playing really tight; usually when my opponent is trailing and there is less than two minutes in the game.
