Read the Lyrics. Sing along. ACTING & VOCABULARY: Use your imagination - PRETEND to be: - Very sleepy as: - a child in class; - a teacher in class; - a judge in court; - someone at their job (you can choose all different kinds of jobs) - A parent trying to wake their child - jokingly, - tiredly, - absent-mindedly, - happily, - angrily. - A sleepy kid not wanting to get out of bed because you're - naughty, - hiding under the covers; - feeling sick; - sad; - mischievous; - scared to go to school. - Now act out getting up out of bed - very reluctantly; - happily; - funnily. - If there are two of you, take turns acting out being the parent and the child. - Act out the song as if you were different animal parents and their children. - How would they behave and what sounds would they make?
