I was sitting in the 2nd row, and felt extremely fortunate to be present at this incredible concert. I travelled from Pennsylvania to Seattle just to see Joni, one of my biggest heroes, and it was absolutely worth it. She was amazing! One of the highlights of the night for me: I waited until a really quiet point between songs and yelled “We love you, Joni!” really loud from my seat, which was in front of Joni. Joni looked right at me and said “Oh, thank you so much! That was a good one!” I was smiling and waving to her, jumping up and down like a little kid. Then she added, still looking at me, “Love wins!” It was a moment I’ll never ever forget.
