lab notes: thanks to Sidebrain and his creation of the Gamepad Control for Ableton. it is plug and play confirmed. i just remapped some of the buttons, the bumpers, triggers, and the sticks. the Gamepad Control for Ableton can be found at: https://sidebrain.gumroad.com/l/rqxoh the video: Gamepad Control for Ableton - Complete Overview | Side Brain:    • Gamepad Control for Ableton - Complet...   - track 1 is where the Gamepad Control is placed along with a Golden Era Hip-Hop drum kit which i play with the Gamepad Control. - i mapped the left trigger to the Shaker button on Beat Shaker which randomly changes all the sounds, pattern, and rhythm. i show this in the beginning of the video while soloing the Beat Shaker track. - i mapped the right trigger to the smiley face on Sting which changes the bassline to a random pattern. show this in the beginning of the video while soloing the Rulos track. - i mapped the left stick to Baby Audio's Transit's big round knob. set to momentary on so Transit is only on when the left stick is pressed. - i mapped the right stick to Eventide Blackhole's mix knob. set to momentary on so Blackhole is only on when the right stick is pressed. - Sting plays Rulos, microKorg, and Phoscyon 2. so they all play the same bassline. - i have a Golden Era Hip-Hop Drums loop playing on track 3, some texture playing on track 5.
