A 17th-century light Persian armor made by Sergey Gorbatko The joshan armor (combination of armor and plates; similar to Ottoman Krug armor but with rectangular plates), Persian bazubands (vambraces), light misurka helmet (used in Caucasus, Iran, and many other countries), zanubands (knee protectors), saqbands (shin protectors), ranbands (thigh protectors), separ (shield), and chakme (boots) were made by Sergey Gorbatko. The gambeson was made in Poland. The shamshir was made by the late Ostad Haj Hossein Farajian. The kard (knife) is a reproduction. The pirahan fath (victory shirt) is made by my mother Mahin Khorrami Mashhadi and my late father Assadollah Moshtagh Khorasani. Araqchin (sweat collector hat) is also made by my mother.
