In this video I am going to show you How to Make A Witch Hat out of 2mm EVA Foam! This is a super easy DIY Tutorial and with a Free PDF Pattern that is perfect for your Cosplay or last minute Halloween costume! I walk you through the processes I took to make my custom pattern as well as my acrylic painting techniques. Great for Cosplay this hat has a very anime cartoon style to it that can easily be customized to fit numerous characters.
