Here is an onboard lap at the wheel of the Viper GTS-R C51, an intense battle with Joe Macari's Maserati MC12. Only 52 Viper GTS-R were built and this one was prepared by Exagon Engineering's Luc Marchetti to the very limits of the FIA GT1 regulation, for the four times World Champion Alain PROST. To celebrate his 50th Anniversary Alain decided to return to racing and entered the French GT Championship, the most competitive national GT1 championship ever with more than 20 cars on the grid. He scored a victory at Dijon and with his son Nicolas in the end of the season, trusted podiums and pole positions. This was the fastest GT1 car that season. Art & Revs restored C51 in 2022/23 and sectioned its rebirth by entering it at Le Mans Classic ERL race. Though still fresh from the restoration and not developed the car managed to reach 3rd GT1 position. This hot laps are a battle for the 3rd position in GT1.
