This is a short video of how I launch my 1436 jon boat by myself. This particular boat ramp is very flat and the water was high so I did have to back it up further than usual. Some of this may not apply to people with big boats or depending on the style of the boat ramp that you use. This boat is light and also has a slick bottom coating on it made by Wetlander, so I have to be extra careful that the boat does not slide off the trailer when maneuvering around the boat ramp area.
